International critic, artist, editor, and writer, Professor Morgan was the first recipient of the Arcale award in international art crticism from Salamanca in 1999. In 2005, he was Fulbright Senior Scholar in the Republic of Korea. He is Professor Emeritus in Art History at the Rochester Institute of Technology and Visiting Professor in Graduate of Fine Arts at Pratt Institute. In addition to his critical writing for The Brooklyn Rail and Asian Art News, Morgan is author of The End of the Art World (1998) and editor of Clement Greenberg: Late Writings (2003).
