Clare Grill: On Her Work

Originally from Chicago, Clare Grill lives and works in Queens. Since receiving her MFA from Pratt in 2005, Grill has exhibited widely in the US and Europe. In 2011 she attended Skowhegan and has taught graduate painting at UT Knoxville and Tyler. Her work has been reviewed in Artforum, Hyperallergic, the Brooklyn Rail, the New York Times, and the Los Angeles Times. She is represented by Derek Eller in New York.
