The public sculpture of Alice Aycock can be found throughout the country at sites including Dulles International Airport, VA, San Francisco Public Library, the East River Park Pavilion, NY, and JFK International Airport, NY.  In the spring of 2014, a series of sculptures were installed on the Park Avenue Malls in New York City, entitled Park Avenue Paper Chase. Aycock exhibited at the Venice Biennale, Documenta VI and VIII in Kassel, Germany, and the Whitney Biennial, NY. Her first retrospective was organized by the Wurttembergischer Kunstverein, Stuttgart, and the second by Storm King Art Center, NY.
