Alice Attie: Infinities
The Evening Lecture Series is free and open to the public. With inquiries, please contact Kara Carmack at kcarmack@nyss.org.

Alice Attie is a visual artist and poet. She holds a doctoral degree in Comparative Literature and an MFA in Poetry, and has published three books of poetry. Attie’s visual language reveals a fascination with the tenuous distinction between writing and drawing. Many of her works are composed of the accumulation of marks that accrue and shift, creating what the artist calls rhythms of the repetitive.
All lectures will be livestreamed on NYSS’s YouTube channel at 6:30 pm ET, or register to receive a Zoom Webinar link. Select lectures will be broadcast from NYSS with a limited in-person audience. Priority at this time will be given to students.
