Kaitlin McDonough

Instructor

Kaitlin Zorah McDonough paints exuberant abstractions, at times incorporating objects and nontraditional supports. Her work harbors and transmits energy, sound, structure, and place. She received her MFA from Tyler School of Art, Temple University and her BFA from Boston University, Summa cum laude. McDonough’s work has been exhibited throughout Italy – in Venice, Rome, Vicenza, Bologna, Verona – and in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Richmond, Serbia, and Turkey. She is the recipient of a Hohenberg Travel Award and has participated in residencies at the Vermont Studio Center and Göz Göze, Büyükada, Turkey. Kaitlin is currently Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and an Instructor at the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture.
