Bruce Gagnier

Artist

Attended Skowhegan School and received an MFA from Columbia University. Solo exhibitions in New York include Lori Bookstein Fine Art, M-13 Gallery, and Leslie Cecil Gallery; Gaumann Cicchino Gallery in Ft. Lauderdale, and at the University of Kentucky and Haverford College. Grants and awards have included New Jersey State Council Fellowship Grant; Brevoort Eikenmeyer Fellowship; Columbia University School of Engineering Purchase Prize; Ingram Merrill Grant, and a Skowhegan Painting Prize. Gagnier has taught at Yale University; the University of North Carolina; City University of New York; Haverford College; Parsons School of Design; Chautauqua School of Art; Sarah Lawrence College and the International School of Art in Italy. He is a National Academician and is represented by Lori Bookstein Fine Art.
