NYSS Alumni Exhibition Panel Discussion

The New York Studio School Alumni Association is proud to announce sculptor John Newman as this year’s Alumni Exhibition Juror. A native New Yorker, Newman received his MFA from the Yale School of Art in 1975. He is a Guggenheim Fellow as well as a recipient of the Rome Prize Fellowship and the Joan Mitchell Award. Newman’s work is in many public and private collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Tate Gallery and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
